No. Nothing is ever mailed. You scan your prints at home with your phone (SuperScan captures up to 56 at once) or upload photos that are already digital, so your originals never leave your house. If you would rather have the scanning done for you, our white-glove service picks up your boxes, digitizes everything, and returns every original.
We'll give 90 days notice and free data export for all users. Your photos are never held hostage. This is written into our Terms of Service.

Credit packs are refundable while unconsumed, within the same 30-day window. A refund returns your collection to the free trial. Credits you have already spent stay spent; a refund removes the remaining balance, never your refund amount. For access purchases, the window applies to your most recent purchase; a refund restores the access window you had before it.
