What does Platform Access include?
Cloud storage, AI analysis, face recognition, Timeline, Atlas, Connections, Cortex: the full platform. First year included. Then $50/yr, or $200 once. Dynasty includes platform access from day one with nothing more to pay. Platform access is optional. You can download your full archive anytime and keep it yourself.
What if Phossil shuts down?
We'll give 90 days notice and free data export for all users. Your photos are never held hostage. This is written into our Terms of Service.
What's a Living Portrait?
AI animation that brings still photos to life with subtle, natural movement. See grandma smile one more time. It's a magical way to reconnect with the past. Every tier includes Living Portrait credits: 5 with Personal, 25 with Family, 50 with Dynasty.
What are Colorizer and Enhancer?
Colorizer uses AI to add realistic color to black-and-white photos. Enhancer restores damaged, faded, or blurry photos to their original quality. Each one uses a single Touch-up credit, and every tier includes Touch-ups.
Can I buy more Living Portraits or Touch-ups?
Need more Living Portraits or photo touch-ups later? Packs start at $10 inside the app. Credits never expire.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Pay exactly the difference of what you've already paid. Personal to Family is $400 ($499 − $99 already paid). Family to Dynasty is $1,500. Your photos and remaining credits carry over. If you just need more room, a Capacity Top-up adds 500 photos for $99 without changing tiers.
Can I share with family?
Yes! Unlimited viewers on every tier. Everyone you invite can explore the archive. Contributor seats (people who can add and edit photos) scale by tier: 3 with Personal, 10 with Family, unlimited with Dynasty.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Tier purchases and the $200 access buyout have a 14-day full-refund window. Contact us and we'll make it right, no questions asked. Credit packs are refundable while unconsumed, within the same 14-day window. Your credits never expire to use, and any you've already used are simply netted out of your balance, never your refund.
